Avocado Mask
A nourishing and moisturizing facial mask for dry skin
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Ripe avocado, cut open and dig out flesh
Directions
- Combine ingredients and mix well.
- Apply to clean face and neck.
- Leave on for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Rinse with plenty of warm water.
Milk Foot Spa
Treat your feet to a soak in this milk and water mixture and follow it with the sugar scrub for incredibly soft feet.
Ingredients
- 7 cups water
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons lotion
Directions
- Mix water and milk.
- Heat on stove top.
- You want the mixture to be as hot as your feet can take.
- Mix sugar and lotion in a separate bowl.
- Put the milk mixture in large bowl and soak your feet in it for at least 10 minutes.
- Massage the sugar and lotion mixture in your feet to exfoliate.
- Rinse with clear water and pat dry.
- Apply some additional lotion to your soft feet.
Oatmeal Hand Scrub
Gentle hand scrub made from oatmeal, lemon juice and olive oil that leaves your hands nourished and soft.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oatmeal
- 1 ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 bowl oatmeal
Directions
- Add the oatmeal to ¼ cup water and let stand 10 minutes until oatmeal is softened.
- Add 1 ½ teaspoons lemon juice and ½ teaspoon olive oil to oatmeal and mix well.
- Rub mixture into your hands and let stand 1-2 minutes.
- Rinse with cool water and pat dry.
- Apply moisturizer to your hands and let it soak in 10-15 minutes.
