Avocado Mask

A nourishing and moisturizing facial mask for dry skin


  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Ripe avocado, cut open and dig out flesh


  1. Combine ingredients and mix well.
  2. Apply to clean face and neck.
  3. Leave on for 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Rinse with plenty of warm water.


Milk Foot Spa

Treat your feet to a soak in this milk and water mixture and follow it with the sugar scrub for incredibly soft feet.


  • 7 cups water
  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lotion


  1. Mix water and milk.
  2. Heat on stove top.
  3. You want the mixture to be as hot as your feet can take.
  4. Mix sugar and lotion in a separate bowl.
  5. Put the milk mixture in large bowl and soak your feet in it for at least 10 minutes.
  6. Massage the sugar and lotion mixture in your feet to exfoliate.
  7. Rinse with clear water and pat dry.
  8. Apply some additional lotion to your soft feet.


Oatmeal Hand Scrub

Gentle hand scrub made from oatmeal, lemon juice and olive oil that leaves your hands nourished and soft.


  • 2 tablespoons oatmeal
  • 1 ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 bowl oatmeal


  1. Add the oatmeal to ¼ cup water and let stand 10 minutes until oatmeal is softened.
  2. Add 1 ½ teaspoons lemon juice and ½ teaspoon olive oil to oatmeal and mix well.
  3. Rub mixture into your hands and let stand 1-2 minutes.
  4. Rinse with cool water and pat dry.
  5. Apply moisturizer to your hands and let it soak in 10-15 minutes.
